About the event
This is definitely one for the diary. A first for the White Hart, but hopefully not the last, our wonderful Head Chef Neil will demonstrate his incredible skills and innovation as he cooks a signature 3 course meal in our main restuarant.
The cost is £35 per person. We will be starting the demonstration at 7pm.
How does it work? Well, there will be a set 3 course menu. Neil will take you through how the starter, main and dessert is made step by step and once he is finished we will bring out that dish for you to enjoy.
Here is the menu:
Starter:
Roasted Coconut Curried Monkfish served with butternut spaetzle, coriander and cashew pesto.
Main:
Roast Saddle of Lamb Belle Epoque served with creamed garlic and potato puree and sauteed wild mushroom.
Dessert:
Rhubarb & Ginger Cheesecake Parfait served with pistachio cream, white chocolate tuile and gold leaf.
